Hey, My Friend! I'm Cheryl, and I'm so glad you're here. I'm a Texas Realtor with a heart for people, a passion for service, and a mission to make your real estate journey feel calm, confident, and even a little fun! I've worn many hats over the years - Managing Director of a children's theater school, leader of an HR consulting firm, and trusted partner to countless families navigating big life transitions. Each chapter sharpened the skills I rely on every day: communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to make people feel seen and supported.

My Story
I am a third-generation Houstonian and NASA kid, mother of three amazing children, and Dog Mom of three rescues. Adding to our two lab-mixes, our newest family member is Max, our Siberian Husky mix!
My husband and I live in Woodforest, and we love to support, work and play with the amazing people and organizations in Greater Houston's animal advocacy and service community. At the very top of this list are our friends at This-Is-Houston Animal Rescue, who brought Max to our family. TIH does incredible work in the field in communities
across SE Texas!
During the earliest days of the COVID pandemic, I created The Pup Stop on Wakefield -- a treat-filled, dog-themed riff on the "free library" concept -- as a way to engage with my neighbors. We lived in Garden Oaks on the corner of Wakefield and Alba, and the little doghouse became a local landmark.
The Pup Stop quickly turned into a way to raise awareness and financial support for This-Is-Houston and local animal advocacy groups in the Garden Oaks / Oak Forest area ... and was included in special interest articles in the Houston Chronicle, The Atlantic magazine and Washington Post!

After earning recognition as a Top Producer with another national brokerage, I rejoined Keller Williams in 2024. KW is where I began my real estate career a decade ago, and it's great to be home!
I'm excited that I get to live, work and play in award-winning Woodforest master planned community, and honored to earn recognition from Johnson Development Corporation for being the third top producing Realtor for new home sales in Woodforest in 2023!
From "Inside the Loop" to "Out in the Burbs", I LOVE to help my clients Sell, Build and Buy homes throughout Greater Houston in the communities that have meant so much to me and my family over the decades.
