Meeting the Homebuilder! David Weekley Homes Build Begins in Two Step Farm

Hey, My Friend!  We just took the next big step at Two Step Farm! 🏡✨

After finalizing the details across two sessions at the David Weekley Homes Design Center, we met with the builder today to go through the entire blueprint package—from electrical layouts to lighting placement and all the custom tweaks to make this home functional and perfect for my clients' move-up journey. Everything is signed off and headed for permits, which means we’re a couple of weeks away from pouring the foundation!

Key Milestones Completed:

• Design Center: Selections & finishes locked in

• Builder Meeting: Electrical, lighting, and functional floor plan customizations finalized

• Next Up: Permitting and foundation pour in ~2 weeks!

As a new-build specialist, I'm alongside my clients and looking out for them through every step of the build process. Next stop: permit approvals, followed by groundbreaking, site work, and slab!
